Terms of use
1. Subject matter and scope
These terms govern the use of the website arcanclash.com (the “site”) by its users. By calling up the site you accept these terms in the version then in force. The site is operated by the provider named in the imprint.
2. Nature of the service
The site is an editorial information service. It publishes descriptions and assessments of places to stay the night. The site is not a travel agent, not a tour operator and not a booking platform; no accommodation contract and no agency contract is concluded through it. Bookings are to be made directly with the house concerned.
3. No warranty for currency, prices or availability
Editorial content is prepared with care but reflects the state of knowledge at the time of publication. No warranty is given for its currency, completeness or accuracy. Details of facilities, opening hours, availability and prices may change at any time without notice; only the information given by the respective operator is binding.
4. External links
Where the site refers to external offerings, the provider has no influence over their content. Responsibility for that content lies solely with the respective provider. Further notes are set out in the imprint.
5. Copyright and use of content
Texts, graphics and the design of the site are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, making available to the public or any other exploitation outside the cases permitted by law requires the provider's prior written consent. Private use and links to individual pages remain permitted. Automated exploitation of the content, in particular for the purpose of training generative systems, is not permitted.
6. Note on the international edition (casino resorts)
The articles published under casino resorts are purely descriptive editorial content. They do not constitute advertising for gambling, they contain no gaming offers and they broker none. Entry to gaming venues is permitted only to persons aged 18 and over, and the rules of the respective country apply. Gambling can be addictive. Free and confidential advice is available from a national support service in your country; most publish a helpline and an online chat that are open around the clock.
7. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise the provider is liable only for breach of a material obligation, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical of such an agreement. Liability for decisions taken on the basis of editorial content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to these terms
The provider may adapt these terms where a change to the service or to the legal position makes it necessary. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Last updated: September 2026.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s place of establishment, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which a user has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
